With gyms closed, some rainy weather, and everyone cooped up inside it can be far too easy to sit around on the couch all day. Even if you’re doing productive things like working and helping kids with school, it’s so important to get up and move around a bit.
I’ve gathered up some great free resources to help you get your workout in at home.
Yoga with Adriene
This is one of the best yoga channels on YouTube. She has yoga for everything from back and neck to stress relief and digestion. She also has a “30 Days of Yoga” series (which you can jump to by clicking the image below) which gives you something new to try each day.
Dashing Dish has an entire library of free workouts that you can filter by focus area, equipment, difficulty, and time. Check it out below!
Kick It by Eliza
This is a fun cardio workout that combines kickboxing and dance. Your legs will definitely be feeling it after this one, but the upbeat pace may be just the thing you need to pull you out of a midday rut.
This is a great workout for the whole family to get in on. It’s low intensity but will get you off your feet and your heart rate up. This is a great rainy day activity to do with your kids – be lighthearted about it and you’re sure to have a great time!
