Today’s printable is a request from a few people to modify the Meal and Glucose Tracker from Day 5. This is an 8.5 by 5.5 (half letter) size, and there are two versions. One version has the bars below each meal, so you can track things about each meal. You could use that to write how you feel, the calories or points of your meal, or your reaction to the meal. There is also a plain version without the extra bars for tracking something about each meal.
