Today’s printable started out as a request from Carrie who wanted to track her fitness schedule. However, it took on a life of it’s own and morphed into a twenty one day habit tracker. I wanted to create something that you could use to track whatever habit you want to develop, and they say it takes twenty-one days to solidify a new habit.
In the circles to the left you can check off each day that you do your habit. I also put lines to the right so you can jot down notes about how it went or track things (like how many minutes you exercised, if that is the habit you are working on).
